Pool Rules:
Winners will be determined by the lowest combined total of all 19 golfers selected.  Any golfer
failing to make the cut or any golfer not starting/finishing will be allocated a total score that is
one stroke worse than the golfer with the worst 4 day total (of those golfers making the cut).
Ties will be broken as follows: 1) most selected players making the cut, 2) Lowest score
for Group #1 (if necessary), then Group #2 (if necessary), then Group #3 (if necessary), etc.
